  2.  allan thomas  am not sure if I need meth to enjoy life alone 😂 I do mediation and yoga and stare at he wall to nothingness. The body is not me. This Mind is not me. This life energy or soul is not me. nothing is me or mine here. Just simply sit alone. remember there is no good nor bad. There is no evil greater than our mind itself. To be above our mind is to be absolutely still. Yeah staring at the wall 👁 works. Chew some fat in your mind as you sit. And go back in time. Why do you need a substitute substance. For example , the he same Drug can be manufactured by your own mind and you just get High for free. No need even alcohol Am not an expert on this. But what have I had so far to look into during this lockdown ? I just had this body , mind , energy as to tool to explore what I can. to keep the mind sane and to look at things that our eyes can’t see is very important. If not your mind will break. So practice and study of yourself is enough to be happy. :)
