I have seen elderly Aussies been treated like kings and queens in Thailand retirement places especially near Chiang Mai. On the other hand the local nurses and workers are stressed and abuses the elderly in stralya. I saw an angry mature Aussie nurse was so stress at his job that he just pulled the catheter out of the elderly patient 😢 while the guy screamed in pain but no one share his misery.
