ย @uzoezinwa8676ย Leopards never change their skin. You are forgetting that he was a criminal BEFORE he went to UK for studies. I bet he has more criminal activities in the UK that were not discovered yet.

Nigerian politicians will do better if they listen. Bill Gates is actually giving them a warning. I hope they can read between the lines. If your people thrive, you thrive. Translation, "If your people are not thriving, then you are sitting on a keg powder ".

ย @Remigia1981ย There is problem with GREED. We do forget that everyone can NOT be rich.

Don't count your eggs ๐ฅ ๐ฅ ๐ฅ before they are hatched. Ivory Coast team is NOT a pushover by any means. There is NO weak team in any tournament. They all fought their way to the tournament for the bragging rights. 1. Please remember that Ivory Coast have the home field advantage. 2. They have their people behind them and supporting them ๐ฏ percent. 3. They are also more determined to win the tournament. Therefore, Nigeria ๐ณ๐ฌ team has to play way above their head to win. Final games are the hardest to win. My best advice to the ๐ณ๐ฌ Super Eagles ๐ฆ is to score early and often to silence the home crowd. The game is NOT going to be easy by any speck of imagination. Having said all the above, may the better team wins. Good luck ๐ค to the winner ๐ฅ in advance. ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐

Going to UK or overseas for studies do NOT guarantee that you are not a criminal. Majority of our politicians, pastors, professionals and business leaders are trained overseas and yet they are clearly committing crimes against their own people and their communities. They just come back home to hone their destructive skills.

Why Seun Akinbaloye is always shouting on his program ? Does he forget that he is wearing a microphone ?
3
I said it before and I will say it again that the " Ivory Coast team is NOT a pushover by any speck of imagination". Now we all can see the result. The Nigeria ๐ณ๐ฌ Super Eagles ๐ฆ were soundly defeated by the Ivory Coast ๐ ๐ ๐ elephants. That is exactly what happens when you look down ๐ on your opponents and disrespect them. If the Nigeria ๐ณ๐ฌ Super Eagles ๐ฆ want to be champions, then they need to start playing like champions. World ๐บ cup qualifiers are coming up ๐ soon. I hope that they learn a bitter lesson from this ugly defeat or more very painful disappointment is coming in the future. ๐ข ๐ฎ ๐ข ๐ ๐ฎ ๐ข ๐ฎ ๐ข

bamjoshy I thought I was the only one. I noticed the stress in his voice and labored breathing. We are not doctors and on the other hand we could be right.

Nigerian excesses ..................

ย @cocobutterchin6768ย That is not a safe country by any means or imagination.
2
This is the BIGGEST shame and disgrace on a country called NIGERIA. Somebody did NOT pay him his pension which was rightfully belong to him. Some devils have used his money illegally to acquire a luxury bulletproof car or a private jet or a mansion. Nigeria is a country of GREEDY, SELFISH, HEARTLESS, and CORRUPT, MINDLESS LEADERS .
2
ย @amoobabatunde46ย There is a very BIG difference between being confident and over confident. Confident means - doing your best and playing harder to finish the job at hand ๐. Over confident means - looking down ๐ on your opponents and disrespecting them. That will make you lose faster because you won't do your best and play below expectations. I will repeat again ๐ that it is NOT going to be an easy game for the ๐ณ๐ฌ Super Green Eagles ๐ฆ . A word is enough for the wise. Good luck ๐ค to the eventual winner ๐ฅ

You don't go into a game and believe you are an underdog ! You will lose if you believe that. You win a game by believing that you are the TOP DOG. Period.

ย @DonOBย Being the sole owner/ importer of Sumec generators to Nigeria is actually committing crimes against Nigerians. He was providing jobs for the manufacturing country while impoverishing Nigerians so that he could get rich. He should have invested in building electricity generating power plants in Nigeria.
2
ย @DonOBย I think you got it backwards my friend. Where in the Western world will you see anyone using generators to power their homes. Generators are used for power only during emergency power outages, constructions, camping and marine purposes. You really don't realize that Nigerians are in darkness by relying on generators. Steady power is essential for any country to advance their progress. Any country that relies on generators instead of power plants will forever remain behind. Nigeria has a lot of brilliant people and given a steady power supply will be one of the top 10 countries in the WORLD. That is what the government should be doing and if the government can not do that, then let individual investors do it. I have a stand-by generator connected to electric grid in my house. I have not used it in 15 years because I have not lost power due to any inclement weather. If steady electricity is provided for Nigerians more jobs will be created by entrepreneurs and investors, and Nigerians will not be dying needlessly in the Libyan deserts trying to cross into Europe or suffering in other countries. You want Nigeria to industrialize. Then Nigeria needs to follow the blueprint of the industrialized nations. Here is the blueprint. 1. Develop Agriculture 2. Build Network of Roads 3. Provide Electricity to every town Do the above and every other form of development follows. The developed nations of the world started with the above three procedures.
2
Banner Daniel I agree with your opinion. Nigeria has been democratic for almost 60 years but corruption keeps getting worse. Nigeria behaves and operates like a communist country. How then do you stop corruption when the lawyers and judges are corrupt ? Without very drastic measures, corruption will never STOP.
2
Dino should have recovered by now. Dino will keep abusing the LAW under the PRETEXT of health issues to abscond from JUSTICE. Dino is scheming to escape from the country.
2
It will be quickly over for the Green Eagles if they don't win their first match. We wish them GOODLUCK.
2
ย @ejikemadubuko2622ย Nigerians do not maintain their refineries. Therefore they do not have any operable refineries .
1
Get rid of the Nigerian Senate then you will have the money to pay Nigerian workers. Over 20% of the Nigerian budget goes to the Senators.
1
ย @raconturย Fela is still right till tomorrow. He was a visionary. Nigeria leaders are blinded by corruption and nepotism.
1
Majority of crimes are hatched in prison by criminals before they get out of prison. It is a well known secret. That is why some countries monitor their criminals for months after they are released. They have to report to probation officers or they go back to jail.
1
So everybody in Nigeria is a THIEF admittedly by Mr. Clark, including the LAWYERS. Therefore, all Nigeria needs to do is to build one large prison and JAIL everyone who is involved in CORRUPTION.
1
ย @temiadeoye2608ย The journalists are just doing their job. They are just trying to find out what happened so that they can report to their subscribers. The prisoners also have the right to remain silent.
1
Nosby Ehigiator I totally agree with you.
1
Saraki and Dogara are saying "democracy " in every sentence but they are practicing a democracy that is totally different. Their version of "democracy" is below. "Democracy of the few, democracy for the few and democracy by the few ". Therefore, Nigerian democracy is owned by the privileged FEW.
1
John Blaze Explain yourself. Explain why you think Durotoye is empty. I am not against your opinion but I and other people would like to be convinced. Maybe we are missing the point of his speech.
1
ย @Grizzlyx9ย You are a little bit misinformed. Sanusi II is a well dressed man. That is a traditional dress and headgear. Go and research other speeches he gave in a well tailored suits.
1
ย @omobajesu2713ย They go back to stealing money as usual after all the applause died down.
1
Ayo Ogbeide I was going to ask the same question. Where is the money ? It is impossible to spend billions of Naira within a week.
1
The Green Eagles must win their first match of the tournament. Period.
1
It shows how backwards Nigeria still is. Nigerian police does not know that you rope off a crime scene to avoid contamination of evidence. There is nothing wrong holding a press conference at the scene as long as it is condoned off.
1
Unless the treasury LOOTERS are JAILED, It is always going to be business as usual. Don't go to trial while they go back home and enjoy their LOOTS. If anyone lives above their means, put them in JAIL because it is obvious that they have STOLEN MONEY.
1
Akinto Yes you are right. They are like teenagers, very rude and disrespectful.
1
Public shaming is part of crime deterrent in Nigeria and some African countries. I am 1000 percent in support of it.
1
ย @ADE-of-LAGOSย For the same reason that the people you meet on social media platforms become your lovers or boyfriends and girlfriends. And later progress to husbands and wives. Go figure.
1
ย @mammanali4286ย He did understand the question. He was asked three times and he kept circumventing the answer, which is another way of lying. Sanusi II did not commit any crime. He just did not play their dirty and corrupt game. Therefore they decided to dethrone him unjustly and illegally.
1
Until you put corrupt politicians in jail, corruption will never STOP. #fact
1
He was lucky he did not get killed. You don't jump the protocols to get to any dignitary unless he or she invites you. The president's bodyguards reaction time was also inadequate.
1
jay robins Kingsley Moghalu was appointed Deputy governor of CBN because he was part of the inner circle. He did not say a WORD while the Nigerian treasury was being ROBBED blind. Sanusi raised hell and he was going to be killed. He was EXILED for over two years. Moghalu was still QUIET. The FACT of the matter is: Sanusi stole his share of the money and Moghalu also stole his own SHARES of Nigerian money.
1
ย @evano5635ย That is the truth. Nothing but the truth. I do respect your knowledge and opinion. Every rich person has committed crimes against humanity.
1
ย @kingmall8454ย I have no idea what you are rambling about. You must be a fan of Bill Gates.
1
Nigerians politicians are making mockery of democracy and making a fool of the citizens. If you change party under the banner for which you are elected, then you automatically forfeit the position you are elected for. You no longer represent that constituency anymore. What really happens is that you, the elected official, changed party but your electorates did not change party. That is the main reason that the electorates have the power of RECALL or IMPEACHMENT. That is their choice or change. If you are elected a senator under the APC and defected to PDP then you no longer represent the party, state, constituency, position and the people. The Governor of that state has to choose an interim senator until a special election takes place. If the Governor changes party, then the deputy governor takes over until special election is called. The only thing you can do now is to run for your former position under the banner of your new party, if you win their primary or run as an independent candidate. That is how democracy is practiced in the civilised world. Nigerian politicians have made Nigeria the laughingstock of their brand of crooked DEMOCRACY. Shameful, Dangerous and very DISGRACEFUL.
1
He is not pretending to be sick now. Give him some few days he will start pretending again. That is his trademark. It is his nature to bamboozle Nigerians.
1
Super Story4u That is a noble idea. How about millions of other Nigerians in this kind of predicament or even worse situations than this ? That is the real question.
1
General Nicolas, as a smart army officer, you NEVER disclose that you have informants working for you. You have blown their COVER by telling everyone what you supplied them. You have just endangered their lives and those of their families.
1
DON'T be on social media platforms. Period. Why are people so STUPID to be parading themselves on social medias. You do NOT need to be on social medias to be important. People on social medias have LOWER self esteem. Hence, the pretense of being worshipped by TOTAL strangers.
1
Dino Melaye is a FRAUDSTER as usual. He came to the Senate chamber with walking stick and neck brace. He walks around without his walking stick. He moves his head around even with the neck brace. He gives speeches without coughing. Now he is on TV without the neck brace and he resorts to coughing to keep up his deception and charades. He even ran out the Senate on one occasion during break. Dino did not realize that the cameras capture his every move as evidence of his deceits. He also changed his party affiliation. He needs to resign as a senator. His name means - DINO MELAYE = D U NO I AM A LIAR.
1
Great concern from all over the world. It is only in Nigeria that the stark illiterates are in power. They do not have the interest of the people in mind. They are only interested in embezzling money.
1
If you want to stop corruption, you must put people in jail. Start jailing politicians with private jets, expensive and exotic cars, 3 or 4 houses, mansions abroad, offshore bank accounts. WHY ? Because their incomes or salaries can not really support all their outlandish lifestyles. No time wasting on court trials. If they return the stolen money, then you release them from jail. That is best and quickest way to stop CORRUPTION in Nigeria. Until that is done it will be business as usual because the corrupt politicians do not see the consequences of their illegal actions. They failed to see that some Nigerians go to bed without food to eat including very young children.
