An average person would not have the opportunity or the resources to ESCAPE prosecution from justice anywhere. It is only the rich people who are above the all. That is why they keep committing heinous crimes against the masses. There are 7 billion people in the world. Over 5 billion of them live in abject poverty due to the decisions of the rich people. Go figure.

@anacletwilliams8315 I read an article that the total cost for the ESCAPE was $15 million dollars. When you have money, you can do virtually anything you want. Rich people are not rich by being HONEST. They are rich by doing fraudulent and illegal process.
