When it was refused they didn’t make any confrontation about it. they went to sit down. Immediately the manager called the cops on them saying they refuse to leave. The two men were not in the shop more than two minutes when the cops showed up. Not once were they told they must purchase something to stay. The CEO of Starbucks said himself that they were not doing anything wrong and the cops should not have been called in the first place. Furthermore, the lady who recorded the video said herself that she had been in the shop for an hour without buying anything. So why was she not asked to leave? The “blacks” as you call them, were not trying to make discrimination out of anything. This is a legitimate example of injustice. You would be mad at me if I said the Whites are always dismissing real discrimination as race baiting. Issuing a complaint will get you nothing but an apology letter emailed to you.

Again, if they had a policy that validates their reason for making them leave it was not enforced fairly because there were other people including the lady recording who did not buy anything. If you don’t believe the CEO and the lady recording you probably wouldn’t change your mind even if the manager came out and admitted she was wrong herself No matter the case, the manager was wrong on her part. If the situation was switched it would have still been wrong.

Somehow, the black guy is wrong in that situation too right? Starbucks can’t wiggle out of this situation. At least not legally. Which is probably for the better. As for that incident, the video shows that the guy who was denied the restroom caught another guy who allowed even though the policy says you can’t.
