If FOMO causes you to give money to people who legitimately hate you, then I guess that’s a decision surrounding self respect you’re able to make.. others might have a bit more respect for themselves when it comes to paying to be insulted… or child grooming……… but you do you.

  3. It’s beyond the point that I’ll watch something good from Disney. I don’t care if they remake the expanse as the most perfect sci-fi that ever existed and spend 5 billion on the production.. they’ve burned all bridges, as have all actors who spouted any form of social justice garbage. You lost your court jester card, you’re no longer able to portray characters, because all I see is an intolerable clown on screen, I can’t buy into whatever character you’re trying to embody, all I see is that moron from twitter, and that’s all you can ever be now. Take Mark Ruffalo for example, his performance in Now You See Me was great, loved him as an actor… then the posting started, the posturing, the lecturing, the holier than thou… intolerable, you can never be a ‘character’ again, now you’re a social media activist.

  4. Blame Disney for making anything they touch into something I would rather gouge my eyes out than pay for. In past years I would have gone to gold class and seen it, but in past years movies were made for the purpose of entertaining me, not insulting me. It’s not about the cash, covid, or Christmas., it’s about the general consumer finally reaching the point where they will no longer pay to be insulted/lectured, by people who hate them, and they’ve realised Disney are trying to sexualise their children.

  28.  @steffimaier7297  This has been going on since 2012, and I've been boycotting since 2015, at this point i'm not really interested in the opinions of those making these shows, or the shows themselves. I'm aware of the opinions on both sides of the fence, and I just truly cant tolerate the virtue signalling of assholes who actively lecture me on why I'm such a piece of sh!t from their glass houses. Trashing all the things I grew up loving, and even worse USING them to tell me why I'm so intolerable isn't the best way to get me to take notice of what you have to say, It's actually a sure fire way to ensure I never support anything you are involved with. Do these vapid activists think people over 23 never met a gay person? never met a person from a different walk of life to them? We're so sheltered culturally that we need these things explained to us like we have a room temp IQ? I'd travelled my own country and lived abroad in other countries for 4 years by the time I was 23, I don't need Han Luke and Leia used as props to 'teach' me about 'diversity'.
