  5. D S No human is under any obligation to administer first aid. Legally it’s safer not to. Would I help a fellow human regardless of that fact, yes I would.. a cop however, I would look directly into their eyes as they bled out, and I would sleep easy with my decision.

Because the egotistical piggies couldn’t keep their egos in their pants long enough to get off the motorway, they caused an accident in which citizens could have been injured. Maybe they thought their impunity would protect them from the accident they caused.

  13. MKJ How did they know they were drunk before pulling them over on a freeway and causing a traffic hazard in the first place? Pull OFF of the motorway so as to not cause a hazard. The emergency lane is literally there for emergencies. Maybe his air brakes dropped out when he saw that traffic had slowed, so he veered into the emergency lane to wash off speed instead of causing a pile up. We don’t know this, but we do know that if moron cops hadn’t been flexing their egos and disrupting an entire motorway just so they could exert power over the ‘evil’ Porsche driver and impound his vehicle in the most public way possible, then the emergency lane would have been clear for emergencies. Such as possible brake failure of a heavy vehicle.
