Hey look, I've recorded for form, but its not every set of every workout, it is rare, one set if I believe something is off. I've also been a trainer, and have never taken any issue with someone in the gym asking me to watch their set and give them critique, it was 5 mins of my time that often led to a new client.
If you're going to go heavy/to failure, you should have a partner with you that day, not expect strangers to bail you out once you are already in the sh!t. If you don't have a partner you can train with, organise a sport prior to failing, or use a rack and put safety bars in so you can just sit out of it.
Spotting someone correctly and safely in a squat is a close quarters deal, if they fail you will need to use your hips to get them back up as well as brace their upper body, or you are putting your back at risk.. there is no way as a member I'm getting in front of a camera and doing this with a stranger who is female. Best case she says thank you, worst case........ Not worth the risk.

I trained at the Y, had done for a few years. The boxing gym was at the end of the gymnasium where they held children's gymnastics several nights a week, I used the boxing gym several times a week, sometimes it would crossover with the gymnastics, never an issue, just walk on through.
On my way though I walked into the change rooms to take a leak and change into shorts, as I did every time for the years prior. A woman came in screaming while I was getting changed and dragged her son (who was in a stall, I didn't even know he was in there) out. I was a bit taken aback, put my shorts on and went to leave..... The looks I got from the team of mothers was something I'll never forget.
My next visit the staff told me a complaint had been made, she had made a petition about me and got her friends to sign it. They dismissed it as after 3+ years of training there they just didn't believe it about me, but that was the moment I realised I can't just operate in good faith anymore, I need to protect myself.

Drunk girls at bars have a tendency to harass bartenders.... bartender can't leave. It can become pretty awkward and end in them throwing their glass at your head because you're not interested but can't move away from the situation, and they cant handle the rejection. This often then turns into "he was harassing me thats why I did it".
20 years of managing/owning bars/restaurants, when I was the 'young hot' bartender, this sort of thing happened to me every week until I learned how to be an asshole, then it just happened less. "not always, but often enough"
I worked topless at a strip joint for a while, that was a real eye opener to how ruthless drunk women can be, they will just go for the dick in a strip joint, zero inhibitions, like you are meat, they all egg each other on. Kinda took that with the territory, but it was pretty full on at times. They will follow you into the toilet in groups, and not for a friendly chat. Again "not always, but often enough"

I couldn’t return a serve from Serena, I’ve never played tennis, I don’t generally get into female sports.. soccer, tennis, basketball, etc. but serena couldn’t return the serve of the #200 ranked male, soooo… what now!?
However, if serena tried to stop me catching a ball, it would be hilarious. If she tried to tackle me, she would be going to the hospital. I just played state level, not pro. How do you think she would go trying to tackle Derek Henry?
