Many don’t have basic human hygiene, don’t speak a language that would make them effective in the work force. To go with this, the lack of social awareness in a completely different culture will cause issues behaviourally. I know your heart bleeds, but you can’t just open the gate or it will turn into chaos and degrade into a shit hole.
