  5. Not a chance. Nobody to hold you accountable at home. Even as a business owner, I'll go into work if I want to get work done, even if that work could be done at home. One is a work environment, the other is my home where I sleep, relax, etc. Too easy to get distracted by home comforts, and that is my own business that relies on my level of input/output to succeed. Someone working for the government doesn't have that incentive, they get paid either way.

  32. Very few people are autonomous and driven, If you are, I suggest moving into your own business venture where you are rewarded accordingly. The VAST majority need supervision to be productive. When setting out guidelines for 340 million, you can't factor in the 1% who are capable and driven without accountability.
