(Spoiler alert.. he doesn’t change the characters to male) he writes a better story, with better character arc for the female lead of the story. Watch them and get back to me where he’s sexist in his rewrite. They’re movies I wish we got, especially Rey’s character. Or, don’t watch it, and let me know again your hopes for me to one day be intelligent enough to agree with you 😘

  15.  @The_Maccalorian  I’m not against the dude, I’m against the dude in that casting. Cast him as the riddler, he’s good enough to pull that off and kill it, plus it suits his entire being. Batman shouldn’t be feminised… it’s Batman. To go from Bale to this guy is a travesty.

It would be like casting a feminine dude to play wolverine… it just doesn’t work, the character is not believable. You could cast Dwayne Johnson as the riddler, and no matter how seriously he took it, it would still be a terrible casting, because he doesn’t fit the character.

Entertaining that you call me ‘closed minded’ for not sharing your opinion. Yes, I’ve heard of acting, and like I said before.. you can cast Dwayne Johnson as the Riddler, and no amount of acting or effort will make it work. None. Zero. Because it’s a bad casting. You’re defending Rob, not the casting. You want to see Rob because you’re a fan of Rob.. I like the character, you like the actor, so for you it doesn’t matter if it’s a bad casting FOR THE CHARACTER, because you’re invested in the actor, not the character.

You will say this isn’t a problem, but I purchased 2 x gold class tickets for the previous 3, and have been to the cinema for ever Batman movie since Devito played Penguin. This is an established customer base, and for every customer who thinks like me, that is $160 in gold class they’re not getting. It will release to mixed reviews, with people like you desperately defending an actor you like who was awkwardly jammed into a role he will never portray successfully. Will likely make money, but far less than projected, and it will likely be his only movie in the role of Batman. Enjoy. I’m sure you will enjoy it either way, because you’re supporting the actor, the movie is irrelevant to you.

Either enough pussies will pay for it because they identify with a skinny little boy, and we will get another movie with him in the role that I won’t watch, or they won’t, and people like you will cry that it was just angry haters ruining a masterpiece. I’m guessing the latter, you are CERTAIN about the former. I’ve given you my reasoning, as to why I believe it is a bad casting, I’ve even tried to give you examples, using a typically masculine actor in a feminine role to give you some perspective as to why it’s a bad casting.. sh!t, I even suggested a role WITHIN THE SAME MOVIE, that I though he would be well suited to and do a great job of playing. You are welcome to believe your opinions as facts, should you choose, but it doesn’t make them facts any more than mine. The difference is, I’m aware of this. They made Batman effeminate, it appeals to a certain type of person.. enjoy the movie 😘
