  18.  @anthonyross6051  This is why at the beginning of the briefing the guy running it says he won’t be needing Hunters testimony, asked him if he had an issue with it. Meaning what happened is not going on any form of record, but his conduct will be punished and your conduct will be rewarded, it will work out better for everyone. Respected captain of a nuclear submarine becomes unhinged, mutiny that could have ended the world as we know it. This can’t go on any form of record. Ramsey knew he was wrong, but being highly decorated, respected, admitted it to his close friend, the person running the inquiry. Told him Hunter acted as a captain should have, and insisted he be given a command, also giving up his command, as he was no longer fit to command. Ramsey lost his command, his punishment. Hunter was not punished, but was not to give testimony. Navy saved face, good man given command, decorated captain not shamed. After all, he was right…………. About the horses.
