  1. What’s to hate? Men are physically stronger, just like women are more flexible. Men are genetically designed for different things than women, the issue comes with diminishing the role of either. The complete lack of awareness in modern feminism’… how is belittling mothers, lifting women up?

  3. @Seniour Ricketts It always entertains me when people proclaim that I will mindlessly consume the next product….. no mate, I won’t be buying tickets to anything you’ve mentioned. We’re coming up on a decade since my wallet has opened to an industry it used to open to weekly. I’m not the only one.

  5. No artists left in that town. I’ve never seen a TRUE artist capable of a 9-5, they’re just not built that way. Inspiration comes when it comes, and when it comes you might not move for a week, 2 weeks, a month, hyper focused on what you’re creating. You can’t just switch it on.

  7. This is terrible advice, friend. Don’t let people bulldoze you. If your partner is incapable of saying “I’m wrong” to you….. she doesn’t care about you, and you shouldn’t be with her. She’s supposed to be one of your closest friends, and friends don’t do that. You’re picking terrible women who aren’t compatible with you. I play music a lot, probably to the point that someone who wasn’t a musician would say “stop playing that thing for fuck sake”.. if I date someone who also loves to play, this we’ll never be an issue.

  9. I hold zero hope for that show. TLOU2 was sickening, I can’t see them winding it back to make a show, especially not in this era. The opening scene of the first game has more emotion than anything from the last decade, and it’s a CGI video game intro that’s a decade old.

It’s a tough one, hey.. not sure it’s a great idea to show men and women in full blown fist fights on screen with the man blasting a woman in the face, because some people are ‘monkey see, monkey do’. This can be bad for girls attempting what they see, as well as boys. But making movies where women just torch men is also a tough one, because it’s bad for the story, it can only go one way. The thing is, it’s all done with such ill will.

  16. @Senior Ricketts We all still enjoy some junk, it just can’t be openly hateful, or have activists taking a day off of Twitter to load their messaging into a piss poor ‘performance’ they call acting. I’m watching Spartacus: Blood & Sand, I’m aware it’s terrible, evil, testosterone riddled trash. It hasn’t once brought up skin colour or lectured me on my apparently rampant bigotry/phobias/privilege/etc. no ‘real’ world (LA) issues being jammed down my throat…

So, I was watching Spartacus: Blood and Sand last night, a horribly testosterone fuelled nightmare.. during one of the graphic homosexual sex scenes, I pondered why it didn’t bother my apparently phobic/ist self… I mean, I’m 40, I’m male… to top it all off, I’m white.. surely seeing The Beast of Carthage, (a brown man) ruthlessly plowing the ass of his boyfriend Pietros (a brown man), as well as the many kissing/intimate scenes they shared, should fill me with a bigoted, hateful rage…. Right??!? It’s simple… it fit the show/setting. It wasn’t forced in there. Barca was many things, a brutal warrior, fearsome gladiator, a legend of the arena, personal bodyguard to the Lannister.. he also liked to fuck men.
