  4. The cop should be remembered as an unstable psychopath that blind fired 7 shots into a private residence with 1 hand while running backwards in hysterics. There was no gun. The police are terrifying. He should never touch a gun again.

  6. electrik. What about the old woman and the 3 kids in the house? or the fact that there was in fact, no gun... You can NOT fire a pistol accurately with one hand while screaming hysterically and running in the opposite direction on uneven ground. That wasn't training or decision making, it was a full blown mental breakdown, and as someone (member of the public) at the mercy of his breakdown, it is absolutely terrifying. Even worse that he wasn't disarmed and restrained, but given his gun back.
