  2.  @PointNemo9  It was 122, but regardless, why bother having road rules then, just let everyone do what they want. All it takes is a vehicle breakdown on the shoulder, an unexpected traffic block of some form, and a lot of people die.

  6. Adults should not be afforded a call to m0mmy and d4ddey while being arrested for criminal behaviour. This is insane to me. I did something stupid (not even criminal like this) when I was 18, my parents were never notified. I spent a night in a cell and was sent out the front door the next morning. 18 = adult.

I wonder, if your wife and 5 kids were on the side of the road with a flat tire, and she hit them at 120mp/h, would you be comfortable with "fight or flight" as an excuse?

  15. In Australia, not wearing your seatbelt will cost you over $400. Travelling at that speed while evading police, your license would be suspended indefinitely.
