To me a "kid" is 12 and under. These are adolescents and they need to learn that law enforcement can and will handle them before they become young adults and get permanent results for acting this way.

If these body-cam vids have taught me one thing, they will get their charges thrown out by ridiculous judges their entire lives.

So will everyone around them. At least one of the brothers will end up dead before 25, the other in jail, the girl will have 5 kids from 3 different fathers.
