The copper was unhinged, screaming at a dude cuffed and stuffed in the back of a squad car, pulled a weapon to use on a handcuffed suspect in custody. The bald cop was acting like a criminal, and was about to use a weapon on a handcuffed person. This type of person belongs in the military, not dealing with citizens.

  11. @Drew Rushing It’s not up to the police officer to dish out justice, not his job. If there is softness on criminals, that is the fault of the court system, doesn’t mean Ranger Rick here can flog someone in the back of a squad car to even things out.

  13. You won’t trust them once you experience the other end of it. No matter how you cooperate, you keep getting hit, can’t even cover your head because your hands are cuffed behind your back. Body cam footage will be unavailable, and the system rolls on.
