America is a fucking zoo.. This shit would NEVER happen in Australia. Tazer, pepper spray.. Even one fucking bullet in a limb if you're that incompetent at your job you can't restrain a drunk. I'm not defending the drunk, he would have had the book thrown at him over here, definitely lost his job and been shamed, but he wouldn't have had two bullets in his chest.
