McCormick definitely not. that website you linked is not reputable. looking at unicef, 77% of child trafficking happens in the country of residence. 23,000 runaways each year, 1 in 7 being trafficked. 3,200. so if that makes up 77%, then 23% are trafficked from outside. leaves an extra 800 from outside the usa. so 4000 per year by those numbers. obviously that sounds low, but it's an actual reputable source. dosomething.org suggests 25,000 children are trafficked from outside of the country. now if that only accounts for 23%, then that would put the upper bounds a bit over 100,000 per year; 100,000 children *** trafficked in the usa, including about a quarter of foreign children smuggled in. so about 75,000 american children plus 25,000 foreign children that's still a horrifically high number, but definitely not 800,000. 100,000 is still a number so high that i hope is not true, though realistically, it's definitely much more believable than your numbers. so lower bounds is 4,000, and upper bounds is 100,000. taken from .org websites that are actually legitimate organizations. the fact that the only link you could provide me with was a black website with a picture of a duck is pretty telling as to how much research you've done

Andy K yeah, the vast majority of trafficking is done by random gangs, or addicted parents who sell their children's time, but don't actually let the "customers" leave with the child.

SteadFastSpirit 42 that number seems awfully high. there are about 4 million kids born each year. 800,000 going missing every year would be nearly 1 in 4 kids trafficked. rounding your number to about a million kids per year in a population of roughly 350 million. of that population, only about 50 million people are below the age of 18. so that would be very roughly 1 in 50 kids, every single year. and since everyone spends 17 years being under the age of 18, there are 17 years with a 1 in 50 chance each, for each kid. still works out to be roughly one in four. rough math and a lot of rounding, but that number, 800,000 every year just does not sound reasonable. where did you get that info? are you sure those are US stats and not worldwide stats?

Adam Mackey Smith you forget the part where trump needs a photo-op at a church that didn't want him there so he can hold a bible upside down for pictures, so even though the curfew was 8pm (even though there are no constitutional means to institute curfews in the first place); he instructed his SS army to start firing tear gas, charging, and beating the protesters with batons. you forgot the part where 80% of violent protests were started by excessive force used on peaceful protestors, causing them to fight back, while 15% of violent protests were instigated by white nationalists pretending to be antifa and starting riots to make the protests look bad, and only about 5% of the riots and looting started unprovoked by actual protesters, but they had probably been hit and tear gassed for being peaceful the day before, so they decided to start swinging first before they were beat into the ground. i'm sure you've seen tons and tons of footage of riots and looting, but i'm also sure that all the footage fed to you is conveniently leaving out the beginning when those riots were instigated by either the police or nationalists pretending to be antifa, only to be arrested and found to be part of right wing nationalist groups. the brainwashing has worked on you. you're a part of their case study to see ths effectiveness of these techniques, and you're giving them the data they want.

and to the person who said trump has reduced trafficking, i would love to see a real source on that, b/c it's simply not true. it was the republican state of florida that secretly went behind the scenes to pressure the judge to give him a slap on the wrist. it wasn't until the democratic state of new york found they could try him again for the parts of his operation that took place in new york.

George Johnson source? still has nothing to do with trafficking in america. child *** trafficking in particular seems to be about 100,000/ year at an upper bounds. i did my research and posted it. if you can conflicting information about specifically child *** trafficking in the USA then please share, but the last guy just sent me a picture of a duck, claiming it was his source for the 800,000 number. so i'm not exactly expecting you to give me a reputable source. also, china has leased large swaths of australia to china for 99 years, so, it may be possible their numbers are massive because people are being trafficked en masse from extremely populous countries in east asia. but as far as the american north american number, it seems to be 100k but i'd definitely like to see an actual source for this operation in australia, and q anon is not an actual source.

J Arnold your first link is as biased as alex jones. you must be joking. i don't recognize the second link. at least the third link is .gov though. but it only mentions saving 500 children, in an operation that arrested 1500 people. ok, so that's good, but nothing on the .gov page says anything about a million trafficked children saved in australia. if he really did that, it would be #1 on his list. all the other stuff are just toothless executive orders.

Woohoo i have no desire to move to china, but holland and japan are both options since i speak their languages fluently. and in both places i'd receive actual healthcare without being robbed by giant multinational corporations. did i say anything about china? even england's right wing party supports the NHS. and the nordic/scandinavian countries do it even better. if you think england and denmark and finland and switzerland are the same as china, you just have absolutely no grasp on reality whatsoever.
