  37.  @eugrus  I've seen no report to back up your claim. Considering the continual lying of the Putin regime about this war, I doubt anything they say. Also it is well documented that Putin's invaders are targeting civilians. We know this not just because Ukrainians say so but third parties as well. It is part of Putin's reign of terror. After all he destroyed or damaged 80% of the buildings of Mariupol to teach them a lesson. Of course the opposite lesson was learned by Ukraine: Never surrender to Putin's fascist regime.
