At that time, the only argument the Trump Administration was citing in court was that Rubio wanted him gone. The specific reasons weren't even cited by the government lawyers. It's clear they are scrambling to build a case against him. Of course the real reason is they don't like his pro Palestinian views.

Ukraine's army consists of over 200,000 people plus reservists, territorial guard and recent volunteers number many hundreds of thousands more. Plus these men are not wearing the insignia of the Azov Battalion. If you did some research you would know this. You obviously haven't.
