Do you really think that murderous thug cares who he kills? Did the 89% of buildings damaged or destroyed in Mariupol all contain military targets? There were two missiles launched by Russia that day. One was intercepted. One wasn't. Russia is running so low on missiles that they are using their old Tochka's like this one and supplying them to their militias in the occupied territory of Ukraine.

What they HAVE done is defend their country from an invasion by Russia in 2014. Mariupol was the most Russian speaking city in all of Ukraine. Look what Putin has done to it. 5,000 civilians dead and nearly 90% of all residential buildings damaged or destroyed.
