He was going to seize Kyiv and Odessa, but failed. 1.4 million Ukrainians were forced out of Donbas to Ukraine before the invasion, how about that for ethnic cleansing? Meanwhile in Kherson, Russia is forcing Ukrainians to conduct business and schools in Russian. You have it the exact opposite of reality.
