  1.  @khizarshah1009  The USAF uses counter measures to anti aircraft systems and the Russians aren't as sophisticated with such things. This explains why Russia has lost 18 Su-25s in this war and why they lost even more in Afghanistan (around 24 to 27 Su-25s). Russia has lost 10% of all of its Su-25s in just 150 days of combat in Ukraine. in contrast, the USAF has lost a total of 7 A-10s in combat from 1977 to the present.
