George Soros never killed anyone. He was a 13 year old Jewish boy hiding from the Nazis.
2
No one forced him to join the SS and serve in a death camp.
2
He volunteered for the SS. And he is already dead.
2
@TrenbologneSandwich So you like Nazis and hate Jewish people.
2
@theloaner4378 Soros never helped anyone load people on trains to any death camp and you are grossly twisting Soros' words. He said it was the greatest period of his life because his father was helping fellow Jewish people and fooling the Nazis.

@euphoriaggaminghd Most German SS personnel at death camps were volunteers. I have never read an account of the SS shooting their own for seeking a transfer from a death camp, as a number did. I have absolutely no sympathy for him.
1
Sadly I agree although many comments are from Americans but yes, many are. No matter where these people live, they have little understanding of what really happened at places like Auschwitz-Birkenau.
1
I feel bad for the hundreds of thousands of people who were murdered Auschwitz-Bikrenau. Not for the people who took part in genocide.
1
@thegamesbrotherssvk5135 You feel bad for the Nazis who committed genocide? Seriously? What is wrong with you?
1
@thegamesbrotherssvk5135 The commandant at Auschwitz-Birkenau where 1.1 million people were murdered said he was following orders. He was still a war criminal.
1
@thegamesbrotherssvk5135 He volunteered to join the SS and work at a death camp. To his credit, he requested a transfer which was granted. You seem to be willing to forgive those who did murder people at Nazi death camps. I won't. Ever.

At Auschwitz-Birkenau, the old, mothers, and young children were stuffed into gas chambers within a few hours after arrival. That is, after their clothes, possessions, children's toys etc were stolen by SS like this man. Then they would go into the gas chambers and cyanide pellets would be dropped in and they would die horrible deaths. Then their bodies were burned and used as fertilizer. If you think for one moment than any SS personnel like this guy deserved a break then you are sadly mistaken.

@therealbanana7807 You are most welcome

Who are the tiny hats ?
1
@OFAleague No German was executed for refusing to serve in death camps.
1
@OFAleague I've never read of any SS personnel being killed for requesting a transfer. Actually this man did request a transfer from Auschwitz and it was granted. No punishment.
1
@OFAleague The SS used slave labor to build most of the camps.
1
Germans were not forced to serve in death camps. This man volunteered to join the SS. He later requested a transfer out of Auschwitz which was granted.
1
What is really unjust is the hundreds of thousands of children gassed at Auschwitz-Birkenau who never were able to grow old.
1
@thegamesbrotherssvk5135 In his case perhaps but only because he admitted his crimes in an attempt to prove the Holocaust did happen. But as far as age goes, I think even Nazis on their death beds should die in prison.
1
@disgustedcharlie6679 He participated in the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of innocent people. There is no statute of limitations on genocide.
1
@disgustedcharlie6679 Auschwitz-Birkenau was a death factory. It existed for one reason only: to murder as many civilians as quickly as possible. If that isn't a war crime, their is no war crime. Almost all of the German SS there were volunteers. Better to murder civilians than to be shot at by Soviets or others. I have no sympathy for him. He has since died but at least he died in disgrace.
1
Very few SS German Death Camp guards and personnel were forced to work at death camps. He volunteered. To his credit, in old age he spoke out against Holocaust deniers. In any event, he has since died.
1
Very doubtful. The SS didn't execute their members for wanting out of death camps. In fact this man requested a transfer and it was granted.
1
@TrenbologneSandwich He was no hero. He served in the SS.
1
All of the men in the SS who murdered millions of people were following orders. That did not prevent them from being punished and nor should it.
1
Auschwitz-Birkenau was. Sadly many such SS escaped punishment.
1
@gobbleschnarp1 I wish they had punished many tens of thousands more. The only dumb thing is that they didn't punish enough.
1
@gobbleschnarp1 It took over 15 years to track down Eichmann. He was hanged. Thankfully. There is no statute of limitations for those who commit genocide.
1
Why don't you explain it since you appear to hate Jewish people.
1
@billywatts4689 Why then do you think some people hate Jewish people enough to commit genocide against them like the Nazis did?
1
@billywatts4689 Obviously I am implying nothing of the sort. Some people have hated Jewish people for their own despicable reasons or out of ignorance. Do you ?
1
@billywatts4689 Because bigoted, moronic leaders need scapegoats for their bigoted, moronic followers.
1
@billywatts4689 Hitler blamed Germany's problems on Jewish people. Then if people disagreed, he threw them in prison or killed them.
1
@billywatts4689 Go to Yad Vashem online. They have a lot of resources about how the Nazis rose to power and embarked on genocide.
1
@billywatts4689 There is no real dispute as to the basic facts of the Holocaust. The Nazis invaded other countries and started murdering Jewish people. They then built a series of death camps in occupied Poland and murdered even more. Anyone who disputes these basic facts is lying, stupid and or just hates Jewish people.
