When Mussolini invaded Ethiopia or Hitler invaded Poland, there was no failure of diplomacy unless you consider the failure of smaller nations to submit a failure of diplomacy. Have you read what the so called "People's Republics" that were set up by the Russians have done in the Donbas, their war crimes and how 1.4 million residents of the Donbas had to flee to Ukrainian held territory even BEFORE the Putin invasion of 2/24/22. Do some research. I have. I have been to Ukraine a number of times where I have family and friends. You should talk to some of the victims of Putin.

Now Russia is threatening to illegally annex Kherson and the people are fighting back. There were reports of 8 people killed and many people who have fled Kherson talk about arrests. It is a police state.
