@theawaitinggargoyle I did. Between 500,000 and 700,000 people in the USA are reported missing each year, adults and children combined. The number is half what it was 20 years ago. In the vast majority of cases, the matters are closed because the person is found, or is simply a misunderstanding. For instance in 2012, out of 661,000 cases, all but 2,000 were resolved.
