@barbmills8609 You don't want to prove it because YOU CAN'T PROVE it. Do you even realize what you are saying? Ukraine does not have a bio weapons program and no, Nuland didn't say that there is. Dear Lord. Have a clue. Putin hasn't conquered Ukraine because his military is incompetent and the Ukrainian people are bravely defending their families and their country.
