  36.  @URSR  Any American citizen can refuse to answer such questions by Border Patrol in the interior of this country under the 5th Amendment. If people knew their rights and if Border Patrol stopped lying about their authority (that they can detain people indefinitley until they answer) then these roadblocks would end.
