  2.  @starcraft2own  I am very familiar with what the word means and have been to both Ukraine and Russia. Putin realizes that he can't govern a nation of 41 million people who despise him so he is trying to drive out as many as he can. The Russians ethnically cleansed parts of Poland in 1939 and again in 1945. They have a long history of ethnic cleansing their fellow Slavic people. If you are further confused, talk to a Ukrainian.
