  4. This isn't a criminal trial. There is no finding of guilt. Only a finding of liability for defamation.

  6. Calling the parents of a murdered child a "liar" when you know that accusation is false or are reckless, and saying it on national tv/radio, is defamation. That is why Alex Jones lost.

  7.  @againsttheleftandright4065  Plaintiffs had to prove four things: 1. A lie 2. That was published 3. When the Defendant knew or should have known it was untrue and 4. The lie caused damages. The Plaintiffs proved all four. It really was an easy case.

  8. 20 children were murdered. 6 teachers and staff. This is reality. To say otherwise is absurd.
