Here's another idea why don't you guys in England and around the world start a separate Bank company that's only for union workers of all kinds whether they work at the hospital or restaurant or whatever all federal workers have a separate Bank because apparently the huge Bank around the world and in England they go put money away for their retirement or whatever and then they can't access it why cuz the corporate CEOs put in their pocket and they charge out rages fees and that is insane also let them go home and just work an 8-hour shift don't have them constantly do mandatory overtime like 10 12 hour shifts they are getting get burned out and then there's going to be more mistakes and more lawsuits and more problems and let them have time to eat and be with their families too.

Here's a suggestion of how to solve the problem those who have given their lives to medicine just cancel all student debt all federal debt you can also give disability funding I mean these people are educated they know what they're doing and here's another thing how about you stop putting them in danger or they could go to jail or lose their medical license seriously and another idea is you could start more programs like movers and shakers I know you guys have best buddies and special Olympics and create more services so these people can do their jobs I mean seriously you guys in the corporate world why should you guys get all the fancy stuff and they get nothing they don't get to have much for retirement they do a good job they do their best and they get crappy housing stop putting them in dangerous situations where they get gas lit instead of for failure here's another idea why don't you start food stamp program around the world we have it here in America
