On my last tour to Europe, it looked nice at the beginning with all the old historic buildings, castles, side-walk cafes and canals but after a while it gets depressing. Everything and everywhere looks old, there are many run down buildings and graffities on many walls, Lots of scammers on the streets, lots of pushy immigrants selling stuff. The locals are not exactly friendly and welcoming and the always-grey weather does not help either. Many places also felt empty and lifeless with very few people. Don't get me wrong, Europe is beautiful in its old ways but it is boring to me. Sorry.
Although this place looks like a cyberpunk city right out of a movie, it is exciting to me. It is lively and vibrant and you can see all walks of life and families both young and old going about their daily lives. Despite its high population density it does not feel crowded and congested, it has lots of wide open space and it is very self-contained with all the retail and service outlets which are all just below their apartments with well connected public transport at many links and this estate is right in the middle of the city and so it is convenient to work anywhere in the city .Now that's what I call good urban planning.
In general, shopping in China is much cheaper than in Europe and has more varieties and I think Guiyang is no different. I also love spicy food and Guiyang City is famous for that. Lastly, I find lots of eye candy pretty Chinese girls in this video (Ok I'm Asian so I am biased). This place just needs more trees, plants and flowers to make it warm and green.

I apologized because you are somehow offended by my honest opinion, again I apologized for that.
I don't find China's residential high-rises repetitive, I think they look cool, modern, well planned and supported with retail shops, service outlets, public amenities, bicycle lanes, wide pedestrian pathway, public transport and wide roads for cars.
I agree with you that Tokyo is okay, but Amsterdam is boring and overrated. Oslo is not safe in certain neighborhoods where the demographic is totally not the same.
Generally, Europe is grey and depressing to me. It looks old and tired. BTW my 4 paragraphs are not to rant but to educate. I thought you might appreciate that as I think it is informative. Anyway, cheers.

Elaborate? Do I need to write a 500-page report detailing the various reasons for what I don't like?
……..and you still haven't.- Hahaha, you think you are in a situation where the teacher is reprimanding the "student" for not submitting his homework yet?
I already told you what I don't like about Oslo and Amsterdam TWICE? So you already got the juice of it. Buddy. If you still don't understand, read the past comments I made.
I use the word abusive because it is warranted. You are insulting me by saying I don't know what I am talking about. Just because I disagree with you?
You say you are disappointed with me because of my response to the said cities. Disappointed? Who are you to say that? Are you my boss? Opinion differs in real life, Buddy. You are not a dictator, right? Are you?
Look, I think I know why you are "pissed"off. You are a European and I think a Norwegian since you said you are living in Oslo. To you, Europe is the best continent in the world for the past 500 years which was built on colonialism and should be admired by all people from all over the world. But then someone like me (An Asian) came along with an honest opinion about Europe and that burst your bubble. You cannot accept that.
Oh.....He doesn't know what he is talking about.
Oh I am disappointed with him for such a response.
And now "I don't see a value in continuing this conversation".........no value?
Hey, buddy, you sure spent a lot of time responding to me to continue our "valueless" conversation,
Are you sure you are not Butt-Hurt?
Are you ok with that? I think not.
Anyway, Cheers.
