  1. I don't know if 7-11 or other convenience stores use gig economy to do local grocery deliveries. E.g. grocery delivery on the back of an electric scooter. With an aging population in Taiwan (the elderly are affected by personal mobility issues), this could expand the business model of convenience stores,
