  1. Nuclearize it instead. Water is a neutron moderator, but not anywhere as effective as D2O. Still need containment for steam or hydrogen explosion accidents. Light water reactors are even less efficient and safe than liquid sodium heat exchange ones.

  2. Sellafield, Three Mile Island, Fukushima AND Chernobyl. I will admit that one of these reactor plants was a military reactor. Give up on uranium? What about thorium reactors?
