  1. Rejuvination by CCP standards means "conquest". Xi is a warmonger in this vein, certainly. He should personally not be trusted not to wage war unnessessarily. What is stopping him right now in waging all-out war is the poor state of military preparedness and high levels of corruption inefficiencies in the PLA. Plus, he is unlikely to win a protracted naval and air war with the United States and allies.
