  2. My hats off to Australians. EVs are heavy, NOT GREEN (John Cadogan did the emission numbers of the Telsa Model Y versus Mazda 2). Additionally one car is three times as expensive to buy as the other (guess which one) . The carbon emissions are EQUIVALENT and EV are not only lengthy to charge, they are UNSAFE as battery fires can happen during crashes and during charging (although hybrids will have this problem as well to a lesser degree).
