  1. At risk at being labelled "ageist" (a synonym of racist), I'm arguing that people over 80 not be made national leaders at all. Too young leaders (people under 35), might be inexperienced in politics and people too old (over 80), are at risk of dementia. It does take application of memory to be affective as a leader, and the lack of thinking nimbleness in the aged plus their rusted-on attitudes, are not poltical assets for the nation state they are head of.
