Sweeping a human problem under the rug, especially knowingly moving on knowingly dangerous medical practitioners by hospital directors by ejecting him or her to another hospital, is criminal conspiracy and gross irresponsibility. The directors who can be proved to be knowlingly do this should face lengthy jail sentences and second degree murder charges. Note that ignorance is no protection from legal consequences and responsibilities.

  2. It's downright evil to murder patients, while 99.99% of doctors typically do their best, medically to save lives. However, doctors are human beings, and some people do not subscribe to professional norms. Actually, because the business of medicine is to save lives, a tiny number of doctors may be psychopaths and murder their patients. And these homicidal doctors until now, because of the nature of medicine, are hiding in plain site. The Deans of medical colleges need to do psych tests to pick up these people before they are allowed to practise medicine.
