  1. Again, Europe seems to have the best optical engineers in the world. Why? Centuries of careful technical craftsmanship (and craftwomenship) and some of the most leading Universites and Research institutions in the world. A degree from Technische Universität München (Munich Technical University) puts you in the top prestigious 1% of highly skilled scientific talent, worldwide. In Holland (and the country is called Holland by English speakers), where we have the prestigious Wageningen University & Research (few people outside the the apex of science have heard of this excellent institution). After all, the Dutch have been in the forefront of science from the 17th century and Germany and France have not been far behind, and all these countries have produced a galaxy of great scientists, mathematics and engineers over the past 350 years. CCP China does not even get close to the science discoveries of these countries. With the CCP's corrupted totalitarian culture (like Nazi Germany, but less innovative), it can't even begin to catch up.
