  2. UAPs have already been reported in the US Congress flying around aircraft carriers or near fighter jets (flying tictacs). This has been going on for decades. I've seen them at a distance (above the stratosphere probably), from the ground, on a clear night in the country away from lights. They are not satellites which have a slow, predicable trajectory. A friend of a friend of mine takes astronomical photos and photos of lightning. He has an unusual photos of a possible UAP. It was not an aircraft.
