  1. Depends in that 20 years, whether world war 3 breaks out, and that would be within 10 years, i.e. before Xi Jinping gets too old to rule. He is currently 69. Judging by the sabre ratting by the CCP over Taiwan, the odds are 50/50 chance that there will be a world war in 10 years. Even with more destroyers and frigates than the USN, China will be disadvantaged at sea due to ship crews and combined fleet inexperience and poor ASW capabilities.
