  1. This rocket launch pads in central China is part of the paranoia of the CCP and they have continued these launches from there, despite some of civilian payloads of these rockets. To China their civil-military fusion, means they do not separate military from civilian rocketry agencies. Using first stage rocket boosters using hypergolic hydrazine fuels is very irresponsible and environmentally damaging, but the CCp don't care about their own civilians lives or the environment. It's a telling backwards and brutal culture.
