Someone who has access to people in China, through the firewall censorship, should quietly log the progession and intensity of protests, i.e how many people protesting, how often and where it's happening at (lagged by a month so that the CCP can't take remedial action). The CCP is fairly rapidly losing it's legitimacy among the Chinese and i suspect, like a powder keg, one incident one day is going to set the whole country off against the CCP; those who turn the screws too tight are going to be hit by the exploding shards. XI jinping's government has lost the one main thing that kept the people generally quiecent during the Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao leaderships, that is prosperity. Now, a man ten times more politically clever than Xi Jinping (and Xi is pretty stupid, admittedly) can't save the CCP.
