  1. One strategically positioned highway toll station doesn't necessarily deplete the national economy, but it can certainly decrease the provincial economy and provincial trade and manufacturing. This sort of government extortion of an installiation of a toll station (on a road built a decade ago) is called "robbing Peter to pay Paul". This is a current predatory component of the CCP; to suck dry everything like vampires. They are a vampire government.
