  1. The Nobel Peace Prize can be nominated in absentia or posthumously. A lot of Chinese dissidents and intellectuals fighting the totalitarianism of the CCP deserve this prize, dispite this prize being offered cynically to war criminals like Henry Kissenger, somewhat tainting this award..
