  1. You can't beat the world's #1 econonmy by unilateral acts of war. BRICS is just a sham. Russia's tanking economy is evidence of this. Yes, Russia has sneaked through oil shipments to keep it's head above water (particularly to india), but at high shipping cost and hence low margins of profit. China does not have this option.
