  1. House prices are dropping far too small. This is poor management and face saving for house owners. No market movement management means that stagnation will set in. No one will buy.

  2. There is no "bottom" in China's economy 😮 China is writing the textbook on how to waste three generations of wealth accumulation in a few years. Why? Corrupt dictatorship and hubris. Pure hubris about buying real estate when times were good.
