  1. State owned enterprises are notoriously inefficient. Services and goods will definitely be substandard from these entitles. Taxes pay for state owned enterprises, which is attempting taking over the private sector. Without private sector tax revenue, the CCP will be bankrupt with an ever decreasing tax base.
