  1. There is no laws in China. It's a dictatorship; rule by fiat. Laws are only rubber-stamped in the Politbureau, there are no debates or votes for a statutory law

  2. The internet in China (behind the Great Firewall) is being deliberately historically purged. This is unfortunate for researchers and students. This hinders the capabilities of the internet; it does not enhance, it but this is predicable by the totalitarian CCP. The CCP is only confortable with it's own narrative it approves, particularly history. Putting this over the Internet in China is like looking at the world through a pane of smoked glass.
